  2. Declarations of Interest: None

  4. Chairman's Items and Clerk's Report.

The Clerk warned the Council that spending cuts would have to be made due to overall reduced funding of the Parish Council and this would mean a reduction in the number of meetings and maybe mean minuting their own meetings.
The next meeting will therefore, be held in February and a new schedule of meetings will be produced.                                                                                                    ACTION MC
Barry Lewis (DCC Youth Service) is willing to come to the next meeting (if there is a good attendance) and maybe the Youth Council could tap into some of the Youth Council's budget.

  1. Composition: Proposals for New Members.

Attendance needs to be improved – it is proposed to do this by targeting specific groups: schools, Scout and Guide sections, the May Queen and football teams with a flyer advertising the next meeting with a tear-off reply slip.                                     ACTION MC

  1. BMX Track.

The BMX proposal has been written up. It will need external funding.

  1. Recreation Ground.

The Parish Council have removed the goalposts to allow the grass and ground to recover and allow multi various activities to take place on the site.

  1. New Ideas.

The Parish Council need to consider how much money they would like to spend next year and asked the Youth Council for ideas costing around £500-£1000. An 'Eco Garden' or Wildlife Area was proposed and several sites for such a project were suggested.
